Description »

FlightSafety's eLearning International Procedures (IPC) Recurrent course reflects the company's 30+ years of experience as a supplier of international operations training to pilots of civil, military, and government flight departments. This all-new, scenario-based course takes you through the Atlantic, Europe, and Pacific allowing you to apply the need-to-know and regulatory information during each leg of international flight.

IPC Recurrent is more than just a seven-hour course. You will have annual access to the "What's New" section where you can check back as often as you'd like to stay up-to-date on changes in international procedures and, in the coming weeks, there will be an IPC message board where you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other members of the international flying community.

Course Objectives »

IPC Recurrent addresses all subjects covered in FAA Handbook 8900.1, Volume 4. At the end of each module, there is a scored and recorded assessment which gives you the option of completing the course lesson-by-lesson over a period of several weeks.

  • What's New
    • Find the newest need-to-know information that may not have been covered in previous courses; check in as often as you like.
  • Rules & Regulations
    • Review the regulatory requirements that govern how to operate internationally
  • Part 135
    • Provides additional training in ETOPS and certification issues. Part 91 operators are not required to complete this lesson, but are encouraged to do so.
  • Flying the Atlantic, Flying through Europe, and Flying the Pacific
    • These three modules give you the opportunity to plan and execute successful flights throughout different areas of the world. Rather than simply reviewing these topics, the interactive scenarios allow you to apply the need-to-know information during each leg of three international flights.
