FlightSafety International and the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC)
have co-developed the Safety Management Systems (SMS) course designed for flight department personnel. An effective SMS enhances the safety, efficiency and effectiveness of a flight operation, and requires the full participation of all team members to be successful.
This course provides the framework to help each member of the flight department understand their responsibilities in the implementation and maintenance of their organization's SMS.
